Orchard (planted in 2015): Pomegranates, quince, red and green figs, pears, plums, apples, kaki’s, grape vines on the chapel, apricot and a medlar.

Bottom field 2.5 acres (planted in 2020): Cypresses, Oaks, Sweet chestnuts, Saccharini maple, Liquidambar (Sweetgum), Beeches, Magnolias, one Juniper, three Mulberry’s and a small Apricot tree by the orto.

Olive grove: 50 trees were planted in 2021

Back garden (planted in 2020): Albizia (silk tree) and a Paulownia (bluebell). In 2018, a Japanese maple.

Top Field 5 acres: 40 English Walnuts, 20 Almonds (2025)

Fioco Field 4 acres: 20 Mulberry’s (2025)
